With an Associate in Marketing from Hawaii Pacific University and a Bachelor of Arts from The University of British Colombia, Shae Invidiata joined the Invidiata Team in 2009 and has had the privilege to work alongside her father, Christopher Invidiata who has been servicing the Oakville, Burlington and Mississauga community for 27 years. Shae has been a resident of Oakville for 20 years, and has come to know the Oakville market well along with the community of people that Oakville prides itself on. Since 2010, Shae has become an intricate part of the Toronto community, in both real estate and philanthropic work. Shae has been focused on expanding The Invidiata Team into the Toronto market, looking after clients who are purchasing and selling in Toronto, "with many of our client's children in Oakville moving to Toronto to pursue further education or career opportunities, we wanted to extend our services to make certain that clients were in good hands and making the best decisions". Further, Shae is focused on new business and brand development for The Invidiata Team, expanding the company globally. Shae's ability to build relationships with global brand partners and media relations has been one of the strongest assets to the growth of The Invidiata Team. Shae believes that the true value in working in real estate is the people she meets and the relationships that are built. As a global citizen Shae believes strongly in giving back, "every day we have a chance to change the world." Shae has been recognized in the community of Oakville and Toronto for her philanthropic work; Shae was the recipient of the 2011 YMCA Peace Medallion, named the 2011 Chatelaine Canada's Women of the Year Nominee, and most recently was the recipient of the 2012 Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee Medal.
