Jay has been a licensed Realtor since 1996 and obtained his Broker's license in 2005. He grew up in Flamborough, and after living in Burlington for the past 15 years, recently moved back to the country with his wife and 3 children.

Jay is experienced in residential resale, new condominium sales, land development and builder consulting, and offers specialized knowledge of condominiums and rural properties. This varied sales background has provided Jay with a solid foundation for servicing the luxury market in Burlington, Flamborough, Rural Milton and surrounding areas. Jay is the resident "Country Property Expert" for The Invidiata Team, and has in-depth knowledge of the rural marketplace and the factors affecting value such as proposed quarries and highways. He understands the intricacies of rural property sales and conditions pertaining to wells, septics and water testing.
